In order to achieve our company mission of delivering the industry leading security service, we constantly review our core values and identify the importance they play in the future success of the organisation.

AVS Security has been providing security services in various industries for over 35 years. The success of AVS Security has seen rapid growth from the northern tip of Queensland, down through the southern part of Victoria, and out to South Australia. This success has been built on our core values of experience, reliability and our unwavering commitment to our clients.

Experienced

Much of the success of AVS Security is due to the retainment of their dedicated and driven managers. AVS senior managers have proudly been a part of the AVS fabric spanning over 30 years of employment. Across the 7 offices, AVS operate throughout Australia, each office has a minimum combined experience time of no less than 75 years within the security industry.

AVS Security have tailored and successfully executed management plans for stadiums, concerts, sporting events, music events, licensed premises, shopping centres, static sites, logistic warehouse complexes and more.

Specialists

Bringing experience, knowledge and a high level of customer service, AVS Security ensure all clients have peace of mind knowing they have a specialist manager to oversee their unique security requirements for every sector within the security industry. By servicing and retaining clients from various security sectors for spans of over 35 years, it is testament within itself to the commitment, service and success that the teams at AVS provide to every client.

The majority of the AVS Security management teams have been internally promoted and have experienced every step of the trade leading into their roles today. The internal career progression that AVS Security offer not only gives opportunities to their long and loyal employees, but also sets up opportunities for their new employees who have the opportunity to grow within.

Innovative

AVS Security, partnered with Trojan Consultants, have uniquely designed its own rostering system, digital incident register, and online and on-site training and induction programs. These systems were designed based on the experience of over 40 managers with a wealth of on-the-job expertise in every sector of security and customer service.  These systems provide AVS Security, its clients, staff, and relevant industry governing bodies with confidence and security, knowing that all security officers are suitable, present, trained, and compliant at all times.

AVS Security also employs a younger generation of management in each office with the idea of an apprenticeship style period. Our group of younger management, not only follow the lead of our senior managers and traditional service disciplines, but also add new dynamics to assist AVS Security in growth and the understanding of our forever changing industry and community obligations.

With the combination of innovative new systems, management teams with a wealth of experience and our apprenticeship management model, the future looks very bright for AVS Security, including their existing and potential clients across Australia.

Training

AVS Security have taken the necessary steps of acquiring their own Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and affiliated themselves with other RTO’s alike. AVS, have the ability, capability, and means to adopt, and/or create the necessary training materials to suit any of their clients requirements.

AVS Security have historically and currently employ full time Training and Recruitment teams in each state. Each team are committed and dedicated to ensuring all AVS security staff are Inducted and correctly trained into the AVS Security SOP’s, Policies and Procedures. Each team are also responsible for all AVS Security staff to be inducted and trained into every client allocated site SOP’s that staff are assigned to. The training teams regularly liaise with AVS operations managers to identify and provide further training to any staff who simply require upskilling for their allocated sites or upskilling to advance and further their career within the security industry and within AVS Security.

The AVS Security training and recruitment teams also carry out regular recruitment drives and training in local and regional parts of Australia. Whilst this continues to create more career opportunities for our local and regional communities, its also secures resources and capabilities for AVS Security, allowing us to thrive well into the future.

AVS Security is proud of its many long term client partnerships, exceeding more than 35 years of continued service. These enduring partnerships are testament to our collaborative approach, ensuring that service delivery continues to develop, improve and adjust in-alignment with both the core values and needs of our clientele.

A number of the AVS Security Management Team members have significant experience in partnering with organisations such as Australian Leisure and Hospitality (ALH) Group, Local Councils, Kinetic, Gold Coast Convention Centre, Suncorp Stadium, Endeavour Group, Vittoria and Mirvac, just to name a few on numerous Security operational platforms, including bespoke policy and procedure formation, implementation projects and national co-ordination of multiple service projects.

AVS Security engages professional ISO Auditors annually to ensure our company remains compliant with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 45001 OHS/WHS Management Systems.

We provide our clients with peace of mind, ensuring that the promise we provide our clients with are recognised and backed by internationally recognised bodies.

Social Responsibility

Community involvement is a necessity

We pride ourselves in supporting local sporting communities, children's foundations, and small businesses. Our ongoing relationship with NSW Junior Rugby League has lead to us now sponsoring The Gold Coast Titans from 2023 to 2027.
